Yes. NexaComm operates in 180 countries. Enterprise and carrier solutions are available globally; residential plans are available in 45+ countries.

Pricing & Billing

Are there hidden fees?
Never. Our pricing policy is fully transparent — the price you see is the price you pay. No activation fees, no contract lock-in penalties on residential plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, PayPal, and invoice billing for enterprise accounts.
Can I pause my subscription?
Residential customers can pause service for up to 3 months per year. Enterprise contracts should contact their account manager to discuss options.

What speeds can I realistically expect?
Our residential customers consistently achieve 95%+ of advertised speeds. Enterprise and 5G clients are covered by SLA-backed minimum speed guarantees.
What router should I use?
All plans include a compatible router. You can also use your own DOCSIS 3.1 or fiber-compatible router — contact support for a compatibility check.
How do I report a network outage?
Use the NexaComm app, status.nexacomm.com, or call our 24/7 support line. Enterprise clients with an NOC number can call their dedicated line for priority response.
Does NexaComm support IPv6?
Yes. All NexaComm networks are fully dual-stack IPv4/IPv6. Customers receive a /56 IPv6 prefix on residential plans and a /48 on business plans.
