The Starter and Professional prices represent typical engagement ranges. Final pricing is agreed upon after a free scoping call where we understand your specific needs, complexity, and timeframe. We never surprise clients with unexpected costs.

Do you offer payment plans?+

Yes. For engagements over $50K, we typically structure payment in 3 milestones: 30% at kickoff, 40% at midpoint, and 30% at completion. Enterprise clients on retainer are billed monthly.

What if the scope changes mid-engagement?+

We handle scope changes transparently. Minor scope adjustments are absorbed where possible. Significant additions are discussed openly and agreed in writing with clear cost and timeline implications before any additional work begins.

Is there a free trial or discovery session?+
